DanceSpace Crew
Designed for dancers who want to experience the excitement of competition and performance while maintaining balance with school, family, and other activities.
Crew dancers represent DanceSpace throughout the community, perform in our annual June Concert, and compete in three local competitions each season. Along with weekly rehearsals, dancers continue to develop their skills through technique classes in their chosen disciplines.
Crew is the perfect opportunity for dancers to challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience the teamwork and excitement of competitive dance in a supportive environment.
DanceSpace Performance Company (DSPC)
Our most intensive competitive program for dancers ready to fully immerse themselves in their training.
Unlike many competitive programs, DSPC dancers train across all styles of dance, developing versatility, strength, artistry, and exceptional technique. Through a rigorous schedule of rehearsals, technique classes, conventions, and competitions, dancers are challenged to grow both on and off the stage.
Throughout the season, DSPC dancers work with DanceSpace faculty and professional guest artists, attend premier training opportunities, and expand their creativity through experiences like our bi-annual Young Choreographers Showcase.
DSPC is more than a competitive team. It is a place where dancers learn discipline, leadership, confidence, and the commitment it takes to pursue excellence.

DanceSpace is a chapter of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA), which recognizes dancers who hold themselves to that standard both in the studio and out of it.
